We feature exercise that’s fun, creative and social (as you want it to be!). Three spacious studios (two with wood floors) offer a serene, beautiful environment in which to move.
Pilates = taller, leaner, stronger functional movement. Top athletes (and you will too!) love it for that feeling of a strong, balanced core. Men typically experience ease and rotation in their lower back (great for golf, tennis, cycling, skiing), while women usually comment on the tall, lean feeling of precise toning—especially from pelvic floor to hips and core, and newly-opened shoulders. Our teachers are the most experienced in town.
